Dear Yekaterinburg Local Committee, I am proud to release this statement on LCP, because I know that now there are people who are ready to become the leader of LC and lead it
LCP elections are a process of choosing the future that the members of the local committee want to see. And now I know that in 10 years we have been able to try different strategies, different leadership styles, and methods to achieve goals. During this time, we fell and grew. But what has never changed in Ekaterinburg is the high standards set by the leaders of our LC.

Job Description
- Development and implementation of the strategic development plan of the Local Committee;
- Monitoring the performance of the duties of the members of the Local Committee in all areas;
- Representation, positioning and development of the Organization's brand in the city, at the level of the National Association, at the international level;
- Compliance with all work standards adopted at the global and national levels;
- Compliance with the legal status of the Organization in the city.
- Developing and maintaining ties with the Organization's alumni and with the Board of Trustees;
- Compliance by the Local Committee and all its members with the values of the organization;
- Educating the next generations of the Organization.
